Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Data/Technical Analyst to join their team. As a Data/Technical Analyst, you will be part of the Analytics and Process Solutions department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data/Technical Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

What's the Job?

• Conduct data analysis to develop insights and support decision-making processes.
• Facilitate data and process gathering sessions to design and document organizational processes.
• Develop training and educational materials to enhance understanding of new processes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement new processes and ensure transparency across the organization.
• Create and maintain operational dashboards to track work efforts and performance metrics.

What's Needed?

• Experience in process design and documentation.
• Proficiency in data analysis, including large volume data analysis and thematic output development.
• Familiarity with data models and dashboard creation.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including experience with JIRA and Tableau.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
