Titus Talent Strategies has partnered with Cintas (Rockford) as they look to hire a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician.

Overview

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our industrial operations running safely and efficiently. You’ll work hands-on with a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure our production equipment—including washers, dryers, conveyors, and boilers—operates at peak performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a team-oriented, safety-focused environment.

Key Performance Objectives

• Maximize equipment uptime: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems to maintain smooth production flow.
• Prevent breakdowns: Execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans that reduce unplanned downtime.
• Ensure safety and compliance: Conduct regular safety inspections and report or resolve hazards immediately.
• Drive reliability and efficiency: Improve functionality and reliability of production and facility systems through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement.

Success Profile

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining industrial equipment.
• Skills: Proficient with troubleshooting tools, blueprints, schematics, and basic computer applications.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, adaptable, independent, and collaborative. Committed to excellence and safety in every task.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED (technical certifications a plus).
• Shift: Ability to work 2nd shift hours Monday - Friday.
