We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong QuickBooks Online expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and brings a solid understanding of accounting principles paired with hands-on experience managing daily accounting functions. In this role, you will handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks Online. You will support month-end and year-end closing, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, and prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. We are seeking someone who is proactive, solutions-focused, and takes ownership of their work while maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal accounting procedures. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting experience and strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, is required.
