Job Description Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative. The role focuses on managing all accounts receivable functions, including identifying outstanding debts, planning recovery actions, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities Track assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts. Plan and execute strategies to recover payments. Engage in frequent phone contact with customers. Locate and contact debtors for payment status updates. Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans. Handle inquiries and complaints. Investigate and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate account status and database updates. Report customers unwilling or unable to pay to supervisors. Adhere to policies when legal action is required. Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED. At least 2 years of collections experience. Professional handling of confidential information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internet use. Preferred: Strong attention to detail. Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
