Qualifications

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Experience:

• Three (3) years of job-related experience

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Provides direct administrative and operational support to the Director, Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
• Provides routine administrative and operational support to all other members of the department.
• Liaises between customer/accounts, contacts, vendors, community resources, and EAP.
• First point of contact for EAP clients; pro-actively triages level of acuity and makes appropriate dispositions.
