As the Executive Assistant, you’ll be the right hand to our CEO ensuring operations run smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll manage calendars, communications, special projects, and a variety of administrative tasks — freeing up leadership to focus on growing our impact. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment and has a heart for mental health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and create SOPs

  • Coordinate back end and administrative processes to streamline and

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners

  • Assist with confidential client and business communications

  • Organize and track key projects and deadlines

  • Uphold discretion and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role

  • Experience supporting senior leadership, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or nonprofit environments

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting

  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to changing needs

  • Strong tech skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, project management tools like Asana/Trello)

  • Passion for mental health, wellness, and helping others thrive
