• Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records by entering data into spreadsheets and generating reports as needed.
• Supply Coordination: Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring all departments have the necessary resources.
• Project Assistance: Support various projects, such as event planning or research initiatives, contributing to their successful execution.
• Customer & Vendor Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, providing assistance and support to foster strong relationships.

✅ Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with other relevant software.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
