Were looking for a seasoned and innovative Senior Product Manager to lead the build-out of our ML/AI-driven knowledge graph platform, evaluation systems, and data feedback loops. This role is critical in shaping our platform into a cutting-edge work AI solution that enables enterprises to automate workflows, extract actionable insights, and unlock unparalleled productivity. Youll collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, and field teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design of custom models and pipelines for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows, with a focus on enterprise context and language.
  • Integrate feedback loops into the platform to continuously improve AI performance and relevance.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and accuracy are core to all AI/ML implementations.
  • Define the extensibility layer of the platform, enabling customers to build and deploy custom workflows and applications using agents powered by the graph.
  • Work closely with customers and partners to understand requirements and drive adoption of developer tools.
  • Collaborate with design and field teams to create frictionless onboarding and ensure rapid time-to-value for all user personas.
  • Conduct customer research to deeply understand workflows and enterprise-specific language.
  • Develop a 3-5 year roadmap for the knowledge graph and AI platform, incorporating contingencies for scaling and evolving market needs.
  • Create alignment across stakeholders, from engineering to executives, to execute.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of SaaS and/or AI product management experience.
  • Proven track record of shipping products that involve multimodal data, security, and scalability.
  • Deep understanding of knowledge graph technologies, RAG pipelines, and enterprise AI workflows.
  • Familiarity with indexing, retrieval, and ranking mechanisms for AI-driven platforms.
  • Strong ability to write detailed product specifications, collaborate with engineering teams, and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on approach to prototyping, testing, and iterating quickly based on user feedback.
  • Highly strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
  • Customer-obsessed, with a focus on understanding user workflows and delivering time-to-value.
