Responsibilities:
✅ Contact homeowners to schedule appointments for solar energy consultations.
✅ Utilize provided scripts and resources to effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy.
✅ Qualify leads by gathering information about homeowners' energy needs, current utility bills, and potential solar incentives.
✅ Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointment schedules in the CRM system.
✅ Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for consultation meetings.
✅ Stay informed about solar industry trends, incentives, and product offerings to effectively address homeowner inquiries.
✅ Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets to contribute to the company's growth goals.
✅ Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with homeowners to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
:
✅ Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service preferred.
✅ Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive manner.
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage appointment schedules effectively.
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Knowledge or interest in renewable energy and solar technology.
✅ Proficiency in using CRM systems or willingness to learn.
