Job Description Job Description Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of a Project Manager, coordinates all assigned construction project activities and supervises all field personnel, including in-house labor and subcontractors, as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality of work, supervising all trade and field personnel, and administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. Maintains the jobsite office and closes out projects. Essential Functions: Gathering and tracking project submittal as laid out by Project Manager. Maintenance of drawing log in Procore for entire project team. Data entry of site developed RFIs and maintenance of RFI Log in Procore. Assist with procurement of materials. Maintenance of cost codes in COINs. Assist in schedule development and maintenance. Additional Job-Related Duties: Comply with federal and state law, regulations, and all Company rules. Participate in online and in-person training and other educational opportunities to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities. Perform the following under direct supervision of a Project Manager: Monthly progress billings and AR follow-up. Customer relations management. Project schedule review and management. Management of project budget and procurement. Submittal process management. PO and subcontract management. Project planning and communication with project team. Monthly forecasting of projects > $100k. Assist with contract review process. Pricing and tracking of CORs. Project Closeout Requirements. RFI Management. Any other job-related activities requested by immediate supervisor. Education/Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum five (5) years of applicable construction experience required. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a construction environment. A degree in Building Construction or a related field of study may be substituted for applicable construction experience. Current certification in First Aid and CPR. Maintains an OSHA ten (10)-hour course current within the past three (3) years. Physical Requirements: This position requires long hours sitting and using office equipment, including telephones and computers and may also require some light lifting of files and materials and carrying checks, mail, and other documentation to different departments from time to time. The position may also involve some repetitive motions of the hands, wrists, and elbows. Working Conditions: This position is normally performed in an office or jobsite office work environment, which does not subject the employee to the elements. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet.
