McManus Ateshoglou Aiello & Apostolakos PLLC is an expanding litigation firm with offices in the Manhattan Financial District and in Garden City, Long Island. We are seeking to hire multiple motivated attorneys to join our team. Associate Attorneys will be engaged in all aspects of litigation in the courts of the State of New York and New Jersey.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with appropriate supervision. MAAA offers experienced attorneys an efficient and established infrastructure that allows them to focus on their legal practices and offers motivated young attorneys the opportunity to develop and hone their skills, to develop their writing techniques, and obtain trial and appellate experience. Base salaries and benefit packages are competitive and commensurate with experience. MAAA offers bonus programs which provide attorneys with the opportunity to significantly increase their compensation levels. Partnership and merger opportunities are also available for attorneys with an existing client base. This position is primarily in office with potential hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications:

· Must be Admitted to NYS Bar

· J.D. Degree

· Litigation Experience

· Strong writing, communication and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities:

· Manage own caseload and work collaboratively to develop litigation strategy

· Communicate with clients and provide status reports

· Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions,

· Attend depositions and Court appearances

· Perform legal research

Benefits:

· Pay $110,000-$140,000 / yr
