Its practice areas include administrative and regulatory law, appellate law, bankruptcy and financial restructuring, arbitration and mediation, construction law, family law, health care law, and state and local government law. The firm was founded in 1954 and has a team of attorneys with vast legal experience. Its office is located in Lexington, Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in divorce, custody, spousal/child support, and property division cases
• Draft pleadings, settlement agreements, motions, and court documents
• Manage full caseload and collaborate with clients through sensitive legal matters
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations
• Perform legal research and provide written memoranda and strategy guidance
• Work alongside paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progression
• Maintain accurate and organized client files

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in divorce or family law
• Licensed and in good standing with the Kentucky State Bar
• Strong litigation background and client counseling skills
• Ability to independently manage a full case docket
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Professionalism, empathy, and strong attention to detail
