The Associate General Counsel, Market Access and Operations serves as a key member of the Legal Department, providing strategic and operational legal support for the companys U.S. Market Access, Patient Support, Trade and Distribution, and Commercial Operations functions. Reporting to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, the incumbent will advise on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues impacting pricing, reimbursement, distribution, payer interactions, and patient support initiatives.

Pay Range for this position: $187,700.00 $340,200.00. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
