A well-established boutique law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team on a fully remote basis. This role is ideal for a skilled attorney with strong analytical, research, and writing abilities who can independently manage federal court cases.

While this position is remote and open to candidates across the United States, an active California Bar admission is required.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage federal court cases with a high level of independence.
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, and provide strategic litigation advice.
- Handle cases related to ERISA delinquent contributions and withdrawal liability.
- Apply experience in employment law and financial matters to relevant cases.
- Defend depositions and contribute to trial preparation and litigation strategy.
- Navigate federal court procedures with confidence and precision.

### Qualifications:
- Active California Bar admission (required).
- Strong background in civil litigation with trial experience.
- Proficiency in defending depositions and handling complex litigation matters.
- Experience or familiarity with employee benefits law (ERISA preferred).
- Knowledge of federal court procedures and regulations.
