Join Our Team at Grand Superior Lodge as a Bartender – Create Memorable Experiences on the Beautiful North Shore!

Are you passionate about mixology, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and making guests feel right at home? We’re seeking an experienced bartender to bring their enthusiasm and skill to our resort on the stunning North Shore of Lake Superior. If you thrive in a fast-paced, friendly environment and love interacting with people, this is the perfect role for you.

As a bartender at our resort, you’ll play a key role in providing top-notch service while delivering signature drinks and unforgettable moments for our guests. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience, whether they’re enjoying a sunset cocktail or a cozy evening by the fire.

Key Responsibilities of the Bartender:
  • Guest Interaction : Greet and engage guests in a friendly, timely manner, answering any questions they have about food, drinks, and the resort.
  • Drink Preparation : Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, following established recipes and standards.
  • Customer Satisfaction : Monitor guest satisfaction, ensuring that everyone has an enjoyable dining experience.
  • Cleanliness & Organization : Maintain a clean, stocked bar area and ensure that glassware is washed and sterilized to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Control : Take inventory of supplies as needed and report any shortages.
  • Teamwork : Collaborate with other team members to deliver seamless service and support the overall resort experience.
