Job Description: We are seeking reliable, adaptable, and personable Event Servers to serve beer, wine, and ready-to-pour beverages at private events, weddings, and special functions. This role is ideal for someone who is self-sufficient, comfortable working independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing event environment.
Responsibilities:
Serve beer, wine, and ready-to-pour beverages in a professional and responsible manner
Provide friendly, attentive customer service to event guests
Operate a POS system accurately and efficiently
Set up and break down beverage stations as needed
Work independently while maintaining smooth service flow
Monitor guest consumption and follow all alcohol service guidelines
Maintain a clean, organized service area throughout the event
Adapt quickly to changing event needs and guest volume
Work collaboratively with event staff and coordinators
Qualifications:
Bartending experience is a plus , but not required
Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
Must be dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable being self-sufficient and taking initiative
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items
Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays
Must have a valid MAST permit
