We are currently looking for a dynamic Bilingual (English/Spanish) Operations Recruiter/HR Generalist to join the HR Team onsite at our Distribution Center in Littleton. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a solid understanding of modern trends and technology in recruiting methods to reach and attract potential candidates, and have success in building an entry-level diverse talent pool in a fast paced, high volume HR department. Become a vital part in the company’s success while managing the company’s recruiting efforts for Operations, and all Littleton location hourly and management positions. The Operations Recruiter/HR Generalist will partner with and manage relationships with external recruiting agencies to supplement seasonal hiring needs. Candidates are required to work onsite to support the workforce, and will lead in sourcing strategies and execution, and must be bilingual in English/Spanish to assist the site Human Resources Manager in providing general Human Resources support to the diverse workforce. PGI offers a stimulating work environment and is looking for a candidate that is highly motivated with strong work ethic and passion.

Requirements:

• Prior high-volume, fast-paced, entry-level hourly recruiting experience required.Experience supporting distribution, warehousing or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be proficient with conventional recruiting methods, as well as non- conventional/creative/new trend recruiting methods.
• Must be well-versed in current labor laws to ensure compliance with recruitment process, as well as for general HR support.
• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish to support diverse environment with effective communication skills verbally and in-writing to translate appropriately.
• Must be an extremely organized individual, and be able to multi-task and switch priorities as needed. Strong sense of urgency and time-management skills are critical for this position.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional approach; and excellent judgment in working with diverse levels of staff.
• Must be a team-player, independently take initiative and manage priorities, and assist with all HR projects and duties as needed to ensure that organization and department needs are accomplished.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office software.
• Prior experience with Applicant Tracking systems would be a plus.
