Medical Virtual Assistant

We are currently in search of a dedicated and proficient Medical Virtual Assistant to become part of our team. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team of skilled virtual assistants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, a thorough understanding of US accounting practices, and a demonstrated ability to support US-based clients effectively. While experience in the healthcare space is highly desirable, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who are eager to learn and contribute to our clients' success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
  • Prepare and submit regular financial reports, summaries, and analysis to clients.
  • Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist clients in budgeting and financial planning.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Help clients streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients on financial matters.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of proven experience in US bookkeeping and accounting roles
  • Candidate MUST be comfortable doing graveyard shift (MNL TIME) on a Fulltime basis.
  • Candidate MUST be proficient in using QuickBooks.
  • Candidate MUST have an Accounting Degree.
  • Excellent understanding of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
