As a BSA Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance program, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and helping identify potential risks. You will play a key role in safeguarding the integrity of the company's financial operations while working alongside a dedicated and knowledgeable team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct BSA and AML transaction monitoring and reporting
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings (SARs, CTRs)
• Maintain and enhance compliance policies and procedures
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Participate in audits and examinations to ensure readiness and compliance

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of BSA/AML regulations
• Experience with compliance monitoring tools and systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a compliance role is preferred, but not required
