  • Work safely on ladders, lifts, and around active customers in schools, hospitals, and commercial sites
  • Provide informal leadership and guidance to Tech 1s on site
  • Support field teams with subcontracted national service work
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in structured cabling and low-voltage systems
  • High proficiency in copper and fiber installs, splicing, and closet builds
  • Experience in schools, hospitals, and occupied commercial environments
  • Strong understanding of patch panel terminations, labeling, and connectivity testing

  • OSHA 10 certification preferred
  • Comfortable working at heights and lifting/moving equipment
  • Solid team player who sets the tone for others through accountability and craftsmanship

Benefits and Compensation

  • $26 $35/hr based on experience and qualifications
  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Short-term disability, AD&D, and long-term disability coverage
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Flexible paid time off (PTO)
  • Opportunities for growth and advancement
