Certified Arborist - Branch President – Landscaping & Tree Care

A well-established and growing landscape services platform is seeking a Certified Arborist and experienced landscaping professional to lead operations in the Florida Keys. As Branch President , you will oversee all aspects of landscaping and tree care operations in the Florida Keys region. This role comes with full P&L responsibility, a dedicated team, and access to the tools and technology necessary to scale operations effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow operations in Marathon, FL, and surrounding areas
• Manage crews and field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Bid, secure, and manage residential, commercial, and municipal projects
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and equipment utilization
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with ISA and DOT standards

Qualifications

• ISA Certified Arborist (required)
• Proven experience in tree care and landscaping operations
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Excellent communication, client management, and sales abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with business acumen
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Experience with Aspire landscaping software (preferred)
• CDL License (preferred)
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (a plus)
