Job Description
We are a commercial cleaning company looking for subcontractors to take on ongoing
commercial cleaning contracts.
We are currently looking for an individuals that are detail oriented and experienced cleaner
to work as a cleaning subcontractor. You will work as an independent contractor as we are
not an employer. There are no missing or sick days. You must be 100% reliable.
Please respond with your availability as we are always looking for reliable and serious
cleaning subcontractors with an attention to detail.
Subcontractor Crew Wanted for Nightly Office Cleaning
Greater Care Cleaning is looking for a reliable subcontractor crew of 2-3 people to join our team!
Job Details:
Work Hours: Approximately 2-3 hours per night, 5 nights a week.
Pay: $1,200 per month.
Responsibilities: Cleaning office rooms, break rooms, restrooms.
Preferred Crew Size: 2-3 people.
What We’re Looking For:
Detail-oriented cleaning crew who can work efficiently during night hours.
Experience in commercial or residential cleaning
Reliable and able to commit to a consistent schedule.
Pay: $1200 per month. No deductions as you're paid as a contractor.
Requirements:
*Must be 100% reliable as this is contract work. There is no missing days unless you train
your replacement.
*You must clean the contracts yourself (no out-sourcing it to another cleaner)
*Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation.
*Clean criminal record.
*must be detail oriented, no skipping corners or missing any spots.
*Must enjoy cleaning and care about our client's facility
*Must be responsive and follow requests for improvement.
*must get the job done correctly, on the first time, no errors or missing days.
Experience and reliable picky cleaners ONLY.
We are a very friendly and reasonable company and we care about our sub-contractors and
help them as much as we can to satisfy our client and keep our contractors long-term. We
pay on time and provide everything you need to start but we only work with reliable,
professional cleaners who have a hard work ethic and must be consistent as our
contractors stay with our contracts for many years. If you start to get many complaints and
not improve, we let half committed cleaners go very fast so if that's you, save your time and
don't apply.
You will be paid once a month with net 10 payment terms after you send us an invoice each
month on the 1st.
