Comcast's Network and Connectivity Team works together to deliver the speed, capabilities, scalability, and reliability of our network the largest gig-speed network in the U.S.
The Engineering and Construction team is at the forefront of connecting our customers to our services. The construction team is focused on building our network into new and existing areas to enable the products and services our customers need. As part of this team, you will be partnering with internal departments and external partners to help design and build our infrastructure.
Are you passionate about managing projects focused on reducing costs, meeting schedules, and driving operational efficiencies?
As a project management intern on the construction team, you will be working with a team of seasoned professionals to help manage infrastructure deployment projects to fuel the expansion of the Comcast network to new customers in the Midwest region.
You will work with leaders within the construction team to come up with ways to organize and implement large scale construction projects with a focus on efficiency and process improvement. You will have a chance to work with other internal departments as well as external business partners. You will learn about construction practices, project management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
You will be working with the best and brightest minds in Comcast while we roll out the internet and video delivery infrastructure that will power the next generation of connectivity. Success in this role is characterized by a higher speed to market, while driving lower cost per subscriber.
