You'll be responsible for various labor tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled tradespeople. Key Responsibilities: As a Laborer at MBC, you will be deeply involved in every phase of our construction process. Your journey begins with preparing construction sites, tools, and equipment for the day's work. You will execute tasks such as loading and unloading materials, transporting them to work areas, and performing setup and cleanup tasks at job sites. Effective communication and teamwork are crucial, so you will assist skilled tradespeople with their duties and help with tasks that require additional labor.

• Preparing construction sites, tools, and equipment for the day's work.
• Loading and unloading construction materials, and transporting them to work areas.
• Performing setup and cleanup tasks at job sites, including the removal of debris and waste materials.
• Assisting skilled tradespeople with their duties and helping with tasks that require additional labor.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly and operational for use.
• Participating in training and safety programs to enhance job performance and understanding of safety procedures.

Qualifications: Do you have a high school diploma or equivalent? Are you physically capable of performing the work of a laborer, including standing for long periods, lifting heavy loads, and working in various weather conditions? If you have experience with power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery, you might be the perfect fit for this role. Your ability to work as a team player and follow instructions effectively will be crucial to your success.
