Job Summary: We are looking for someone who is ready to jump in and start adding value to our fast-paced and dynamic team. Ideally between 1-3 years of prior experience building site maps, on-page content design, and creating key content strategy deliverables. Rocket55 is a full service digital agency, so a fundamental understanding of how digital marketing channels and websites intersect is required. Since Rocket55 creates websites, a solid understanding of website UX is also an important skillset. An understanding of email marketing, CRMs and RevOps is not required but preferred. This individual should value collaboration, be curious, enjoy problem solving and value the input of others. Having a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn is important as well. Being able to meet tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects is a must for this position. Being proactive as well as adaptable is needed in this position. Responsibilities: Ownership of content strategy for assigned website projects On-time delivery of content strategy documents Support fellow content strategists and UX strategists as needed Attend and present work at client meetings (remote or in person) Help to further develop our content strategy practice at Rocket55 Requirements Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: 1-3 years experience in content strategy, content design, or UX Ability to multi-task and juggle a variety of priorities at once Experience developing site maps, on page content design and other key content strategy deliverables Must be curious with a strong desire to learn Takes constructive feedback and direction from managers and teammates Understanding of foundational UX concepts and guidelines Accepting of constructive criticism Willingness to take on any task with enthusiasm Understanding of UX research tools and strategies Be conversant in the language of content strategy and content marketing Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, content audits, competitive audits and other elements of website discovery Create and present key content strategy deliverables to clients with confidence Competency and understanding of how digital marketing and website design intersect Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 - depending on experience and qualifications.
