Job Overview :

Our client is seeking an innovative Creative Director. This person will lead and mentor a small creative team (including designers, photographers, and freelancers) while continuing to define and maintain a strong visual identity. You’ll collaborate closely with US and Global marketing leads to translate strategy into high-impact creative in the infant and toddler feeding categories/kitchen appliance categories.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee a multidisciplinary creative team—including designers, photographers, and freelancers—by offering leadership, mentorship, and feedback to ensure the production of compelling, high-caliber visual content that supports overall business and brand objectives.
  • Develop, refine, and uphold the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and consistent look and feel in line with brand standards.
  • Partner with the marketing department to interpret strategic goals, audience insights, and campaign objectives, translating them into actionable creative briefs and project directions.
  • Coordinate the intake and assignment of new creative requests, managing resources, schedules, and deliverables to maintain smooth project execution.
  • Guide the design and development of packaging that clearly communicates product value, key features, and brand essence, while liaising with outside vendors and production partners.
  • Supervise visual design for digital experiences—including websites, product listings, and promotional materials—to improve usability, engagement, and conversion performance.
  • Track studio operations and workflow efficiency, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality expectations.
  • Keep abreast of evolving design trends, tools, and technologies, encouraging continuous learning and innovation within the team.
  • Cultivate an open, collaborative studio culture that inspires creativity, teamwork, and professional growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a comparable creative discipline.
  • At least seven years of experience in the creative field, including a minimum of three years in a leadership or management capacity overseeing in-house and freelance talent.
  • A strong, diverse design portfolio featuring work across packaging, print, and digital platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven design tools and software in the creative process.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, with proven success managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design concepts and providing thoughtful, actionable feedback.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to solving business challenges through innovative design.
  • Background in consumer goods or e-commerce design is a plus.
