Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Temp for 4 months) to join a medical device manufacturer in Irvine, CA.
📍 Location: Irvine, CA
💰 Pay: $20-$22/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm
Join a dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative for a 4-month contract.
What You'll Do:
- Process 100-200 sales orders/day in SAP (email only, no phone calls)
- Assist with order discrepancies, tracking, and customer emails
-Support the sales team with accurate order entry
What We're Looking For:
🔹 Recent customer service experience (within the last 3 years)
🔹 At least 1 year of employment history
🔹 Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive order processing
