Overview As a Lead Fiber Tech at KMM, you will perform single and ribbon fusion splicing, route and label fiber systems, and conduct Tier 1/Tier 2 certification using OTDR and power meters. Youll support documentation and QA efforts while ensuring all fiber installations meet project specifications and safety protocols. KMM is seeking a skilled DC Lead Fiber Tech to execute precision fiber splicing, routing, and testing across data center and inter-building environments. This role supports Tier 1 and Tier 2 certification, documentation, and QA tracking while ensuring all fiber systems meet performance and labeling standards. Candidates will work closely with lead splicers and field teams to maintain quality and safety across nationwide deployments.
