Overview As a Lead Fiber Tech at KMM, you will perform single and ribbon fusion splicing, route and label fiber systems, and conduct Tier 1/Tier 2 certification using OTDR and power meters. Youll support documentation and QA efforts while ensuring all fiber installations meet project specifications and safety protocols. KMM is seeking a skilled DC Lead Fiber Tech to execute precision fiber splicing, routing, and testing across data center and inter-building environments. This role supports Tier 1 and Tier 2 certification, documentation, and QA tracking while ensuring all fiber systems meet performance and labeling standards.
