Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized temporary assistant to support our team in cleaning up and migrating data from one system to another. The role involves extensive data entry , updating reports , and ensuring the accuracy of information during the transition. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong computer skills and a keen eye for detail. Accounting experience is a plus but not required.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry during system migration.
• Update and maintain reports as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and validating data for consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during the transition.
• Support ad hoc administrative or data-related tasks as needed.

🎯 Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on repetitive tasks.
• Prior experience in data management or administrative support preferred.
• Accounting or finance experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
