Springs Dental is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and highly personable Associate Dentist to join our established practice in Saratoga Springs, NY, full-time. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.

About Our Practice
Serving the community since 2015
Current Drs.: 3 PT Hygienists: 4 Operatories: 7
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8am-5pm
50% FFS / 50% PPO
Office equipment: Medit Scanner, Cerec, Wave One, Overjet, etc.
Active patient base: 3,300 - 35-40 new patients per month
Compensation for Full-Time Providers
Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
Generous CE allowance

Qualifications and Skills
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in New York, in good standing.
Completion of a residency program in general dentistry preferred.
At least 3-5 years of clinical experience.
Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry – ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients, and has a focus on prevention
Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients
