You’ll join the Marketing team to lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns. THIS IS NOW A TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY This position is fully remote, the ideal candidate will be on the East Coast, close to either Newark, NJ or Miami, FL. Responsibilities: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, Affiliate, Direct /Loyalty Program, Remarketing, blogs, Cart Retargeting, Mobile Apps, and PR marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Design, build, and maintain our social media presence. Collaborate with the product team to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Requirements: Must have experience in the Travel, Cruise or Online Travel Agency (OTA) industries 5+ years of proven working experience in Digital Marketing, at the Sr. Manager or Director level. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. Highly creative with experience (this is a hands on and strategy role.) Proven experience managing a team. BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a $125K-150K salary range.
