Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to support construction project documentation.
• Perform daily document control activities ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
• Identify inefficiencies, contribute to problem-solving, and improve document processes.
• Route and manage cross-discipline engineering documents, drawings, and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and management.
• Monitor personal performance against team KPIs and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain an understanding of construction lifecycles and third-party contract deliverables.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in document control, preferably in construction or engineering environments
• Strong knowledge of Construction Document Management and Quality Processes
• Experience working with engineering documentation and approval processes
• Familiarity with routing procedures for various drawing types and deliverables
