Job Description

Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for our global technology client working onsite in Seattle, WA.

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Pay: $28.00/hr. to $30.00/hr. (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Days

Location: Seattle, WA 98109 (Onsite)

Contract Duration: 2 months, possible extension

Responsibilities:

  • Support of 2 Directors
  • Complex calendar management and scheduling
  • Effectively prioritizing amidst a high level of information and requests, ensuring appropriate level of urgency is given
  • Monitor/track Directors meetings and priorities
  • Manage travel and expenses
  • Provide all administrative support functions for these offices

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior management (Directors, VPs, Senior VPs or CEOs)
  • Proficient in MS Office
