Executive Assistant - Global Investment and Technology Development Firm

Manhattan, NYC

Full Time, Permanent

Hybrid

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 p.a.

Our client, a Global Investment and Technology Development Firm based in NYC, is looking for a proactive, resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented individual to provide coverage support for a variety of senior executives at the firm. This person will play a key collaborative role in keeping business initiatives organized and on track and will be part of a team that offers an inclusive, dynamic, and engaging working environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your primary responsibilities will include managing complex schedules, coordinating and executing detail-sensitive meetings, planning intricate travel itineraries, liaising with internal business units and external parties, and offering support for key projects. You’ll work closely with the EA team’s leadership and EA managers, learning principal preferences and team dynamics before taking on coverage assignments as they arise.

  • We seek a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills. The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must.
  • Candidates should have at least 6 years of relevant experience and thrive in fast-paced work environments. Executive assistants at our firm are accustomed to taking ownership of their work product and excel at working in a team environment as well as independently.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred , as is proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook) and the ability to learn and utilize productivity software, including Slack, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • We are open to candidates from any field who have demonstrated keen judgment and an ability to learn quickly while assisting high-performing executives.
  • The expected annual base salary for this position is $120,000 to $140,000. Compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, overtime for all hours worked over 40 per week, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
