🚀 What You’ll Do:

As a Field Solar Consultant, you’ll be the face of Venture Solar—connecting with homeowners, educating them on the benefits of going solar, and helping guide them toward a greener, more cost-effective energy future.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Completing training quickly and communicating regularly with your manager.
* Learning and confidently presenting our solar energy solutions.
* Identifying eligible residential properties for solar installations.
* Generating leads and booking qualified appointments in the field.

💰 Compensation That Rewards Your Hustle:

We recognize and reward results! Here’s how we support your earning potential:

💵 First Appointment Bonus:** $500 bonus following your first completed appointment.
🗓️ Completed Visit Payment:** Earn $250 per qualifying appointment. To qualify, visits must meet the following:

* The property is solar-eligible.
* All decision-makers are present.
* The homeowner’s electricity usage justifies solar installation.
* The homeowner confirms a 650+ credit score.
* A full solar presentation is delivered.
🏆 Sales Bonus:** Receive \$300 bi-weekly for each sale marked as “Closed Won.”

🧾 Position Details:

Type:** 1099 Independent Contractor (details provided separately).
