**Job Summary:**
The Field Supervisor Plumber will oversee all on-site plumbing activities, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and to our high-quality standards. This role involves supervising plumbing professionals, managing resources, collaborating with project managers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, possess extensive plumbing knowledge, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of plumbing teams on various job sites.
- Ensure that plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance work are performed accurately and in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Evaluate project specifications, review plans, and work with project managers to develop clear timeline schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections, addressing issues as they arise to maintain quality control and ensure safety on work sites.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate plumbing staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and service inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked for billing and reporting purposes.
- Ensure that all plumbing work is performed with a focus on safety, and ensure compliance with all company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring that all necessary tools and materials are available on-site.
- Collaborate with other trades and contractors to facilitate project completion and resolve any conflicts.
- Stay informed about industry developments, trends, and best practices to enhance service delivery.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field or completion of an apprenticeship program is preferred.
- Valid plumber's license and relevant certifications.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials, as well as local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in using plumbing software and technology for project management and reporting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
