About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and help drive strategic decision-making across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights.
As a Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking across multiple business units. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to ensure decisions are informed, accurate, and aligned with company goals.
Lead monthly management reporting, delivering accurate, actionable insights to leadership.
Analyze financial data to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Monitor key performance indicators and business trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Build and maintain financial models and dashboards for operational and strategic reporting.
Partner with business leaders to align financial performance with company objectives.
Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
Translate data into concise, impactful presentations using tools such as Oracle Analytics or Power BI.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, or corporate finance.
Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP principles.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with Oracle Analytics, Power BI, or similar BI tools preferred.
CPA certification or MBA is a plus.
Automotive industry experience helpful but not required.
