ServiceMaster of Tacoma is seeking bright, motivated, hardworking individuals to join our Fire Restoration Team  based at our warehouse in Tacoma, WA.

Pay Range: $21.10-25/hour  Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30-4:30 with opportunity for OT and potential after hours on-call

What you'll do as a Fire Restoration Technician:

• Regular hours - 7:30-4:30 Monday - Friday with opportunities for overtime!
• Cleaning of structures due to damage from a fire, water, biohazard, or trauma event
• Cleaning and sanitizing personal or business content
• Packing and moving of content from a home or business

What we ask of Fire Restoration Technicians:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to enter data into computers or tablets.
• Must have valid drivers license and clean record.
• Must report to work at our warehouse in Tacoma

The Fire Restoration Technician must be someone who:

• Has a strong desire to be part of a team to help reach daily production goals 
• Exhibits a strategical thinking aptitude 
• Pays sharp attention to detail 
• Demonstrates the ability to lead

Preferred but not required qualifications :

• Janitorial / Hospitality Cleaning / Maid Service Experience 
• IICRC certifications 
• Industry experience such as fire/restoration experience

$500 Referral Bonus Details:

1. Effective 1/1/25-12/31/25 for all technician roles.
2. Bonus paid on payroll following your referral’s first day of employment.

4. Referral cannot have worked for ServiceMaster of Tacoma in the previous 12 months.

Compensation details: 21.1-25 Hourly Wage
