Lunexa Cleaning Co. is seeking motivated, dependable, and street-smart individuals to join our Flyer Distribution Team across New York and New Jersey.

This is a commission-based opportunity — ideal for self-starters, gig workers, or anyone looking to earn extra income on their own schedule. Your main responsibility will be to distribute Lunexa Cleaning Co. marketing flyers within designated neighborhoods, apartment complexes, and commercial districts — helping us grow brand awareness and generate new customer leads.

You’ll earn commissions for every job or lead generated from your flyers, making your hustle directly tied to your income.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Distribute flyers door-to-door, in residential areas, local businesses, and community spaces.
• Log locations, distribution counts, and times using the provided tracking form or app.
• Maintain a professional and friendly image while representing Lunexa Cleaning Co.
• Take photos or short videos (when requested) to verify completion of assigned routes.
• Communicate with management to confirm completed areas and pickup of new flyers.
• Follow local posting guidelines and respect “No Soliciting” or restricted zones.
• Share ideas to improve flyer response rates — creative thinking is encouraged!

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-only Independent Contractor role.

• Earn a set commission per verified booking that comes from your distributed flyers.
• Average weekly pay potential: $100–$500+, depending on effort and area coverage.
• Performance bonuses for top distributors, quality leads, and consistency.
• No cap on earnings — the more flyers you distribute effectively, the more you earn.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation (car, bike, or ability to walk extended routes)
• Familiar with NYC/NJ neighborhoods
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and self-motivation
• Basic smartphone skills for tracking/reporting
• Prior experience in street marketing, canvassing, or promotions is a plus — but not required
