Role Summary Perform site janitorial duties, and general laborer duties as required. Assist with site clean-up, painting, and minor maintenance. Main Responsibilities | Activities Maintains offices, restrooms, dry’s, and lunchrooms in a clean and orderly fashion. Operates vacuums, floor cleaning tools, mops, brooms, and other cleaning equipment. May be required to operate snow blowers, lawn mowers and weed trimmers Performs or assists with minor facilities maintenance needs. Performs routine cleanup of required areas. Completes daily Pre-Task Hazard Assessments, daily inspections of work area and corrects any potential hazards. May be required to train or assist in training of others. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned Education, Qualifications And Experience Previous industrial janitorial, laborer, and small mobile equipment experience preferred.
