Production Worker

3AM - 1:30PM $18/hr

2PM - 12:30AM $19/hr

Now hiring motivated Production Workers to support our fast‑paced food manufacturing operation. In this role, you’ll operate key production equipment, handle ingredient mixing and extrusion processes, and help create high‑quality finished products that meet strict customer and safety standards. What You’ll Do

• Read and follow manufacturing orders to gather, measure, weigh, and document ingredients accurately.

• Load ingredients into mixers, blend according to time specifications, and transfer batches to the next stage.

• Operate extrusion equipment to produce finished product that meets customer specifications.

• Manage product flow from extrusion and drying processes, including polishing and finishing using the panning process.

• Transfer finished product using drums, carts, or trays to support continuous production flow.

What You Bring

• 1+ year of recent manufacturing or production experience (food manufacturing a plus).

• Experience with mixing, extrusion, batching, polishing, or finishing preferred — we’ll train you if needed.

• Ability to use hand tools such as RF scanners, hand trucks, and sifting screeners.

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation.

• Strong English and basic math skills; able to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and production documents.

• A reliable, flexible, team‑oriented mindset with willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.

Work Environment

You’ll work in a clean, regulated food production environment following strict GMP standards. Team members wear uniforms, hair nets, beard nets, and safety shoes. Our facility includes 8 production rooms and 4 packaging lines

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hoffman Estates, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
