**Job Title: Test Operator** **Pay up to $30/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking Test Operators for both day and graveyard shifts. The role involves performing box-build assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic products according to instructions. Flexibility with supervisor arrangements for cross-functional jobs is required. Basic skills in mechanical operations and electronic manufacturing knowledge are essential. The position involves lifting up to 30lbs and requires standing 95% of the time. A willingness to learn quickly and basic computer operation knowledge are important. **Responsibilities** + Perform box-build assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic products following instructions. + Adapt to supervisor arrangements for cross-functional jobs. + Utilize basic mechanical operation skills and electronic manufacturing knowledge. + Lift up to 30lbs and stand for 95% of the time. + Learn quickly and apply new knowledge effectively. + Operate computers and handle electronic components and ESD safely. **Essential Skills** + Good communication skills and understanding of basic electronics assembly. + Basic computer skills and ability to read and understand MPI and drawings. + Proficiency in reading and writing in English. + Ability to identify component names, values, and orientations. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing preferred. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a mechanical operator in an electronics manufacturing environment is preferable. **Why Work Here?** We offer extensive training opportunities in testing and box-build assembly. The position requires adherence to specific operational standards and safety protocols. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milpitas, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
