We guarantee a minimum of $15/HR, but after 2 weeks of training, all our technicians earn Performance-Based Pay, which includes a percentage of the job, bonuses, tips, and earned paid days off.
This means they earn between $17-$25 per hour. Full-time averages $650-950 per week while averaging $22.00/HR. Trainers earn up to $1000+ while training, $22-26/HR
You are an employee with ALL the benefits and perks. WE ARE NOT contract labor. We provide all the training, supplies, and uniforms. We file and pay half of your Social Security and medicare taxes, so you don't have to! Plus, we offer medical, vision, and dental!
