This role works out of downtown Chicago and is full time with five days in-office. The HR Coordinator assists with day to day operations of the HR department and is responsible for the administration of HR programs for BRIDGE Housing Corporation. Specific areas of focus include managing multiple administrative needs for our employee facing programs such as benefits and perks administration, onboarding, HRIS entries and changes, new hire orientation, offboarding and exits, annual reporting, and file management. The HR Coordinator works closely with the Sr. Director of HR and the rest of the HR team to maintain a positive environment for all staff. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality, as well as the ability to communicate positively, offering excellent customer service to our employees.
