IM=X Instructors lead small group and personal training sessions in the IM=X Pilates and Fitness formats. All sessions are guided experiences following the various IM=X Pilates class formats and include attention to individuals needs and goals within a positive and motivating small group environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Pilates and helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. We are looking for charismatic, positive, and energetic instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be passionate about the value of movement for overall health. You should be comfortable working with people of all ages and fitness abilities.Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all members. Greet and assist all members and potential members entering the studio with the utmost respect. Conduct high-quality IM=X Pilates classes for individuals or groups, focusing on proper form and technique. Develop and implement personalized programs based on clients' goals, fitness levels, andindividual needs. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to clients during their Pilates sessions. Monitor and track clients' progress, making necessary adjustments and modifications to workouts. Educate clients on the principles of IM=X Pilates and the benefits of regular practice.(Improved posture, weight loss, spine stabilization, flexibility, aerobic benefits, stress reduction, and overall well-being.) Motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals through IM=X Pilates practice. Assist with new member sales and contribute to client retention efforts. Any instructor who teaches Free Intro Session needs to know how to fill out a Membership Contract Form Must teach at least 2 sessions per week. All staff should take at least one class a week (not teaching) Adhere to studio schedule and arrive punctually for assigned shifts (5-10 mins before classstarts). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment. IM=X Pilates is an upscale elitefitness program. Our facility should ALWAYS be clean and inviting. Ensure proper adherence to safety guidelines, such as members use of grip socks. Expected to attend Staff Certification, Trainings, Meetings, and Instructor Workouts asscheduled by management. Occasionally answer the phone and schedule appointmentsRequirements and Qualifications: Satisfactory completion of the IM=X Basic Certification. Must have Adult CPR training and certification. A copy of proof of certification is required to be on file and updated each year. It is the responsibility of the employee to maintain his/her certification. Mandatory participation in continuing education to maintain certification. Staff members are required to attend the IM=X Basic and Advanced Certification, plus additional training courses every two years. A genuine love of boutique fitness environment and a passion for fitness. Previous fitness experience and a Fitness instructor certification is a plus. Strong communication skills, friendly and motivating personality, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.Work Location: In person Needs to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required).
