Position: Injection Molding Maintenance Technician

Location: Roxboro, NC

Pay: $33 to $35/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in injection molding setup and processing. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11pm to 7am

Greene Resources is seeking an Injection Molding Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team! In this role, you provide technical support to help us produce plastic parts at a high standard of quality. In this role, you'll provide technical support to help ensure the production of high-quality plastic parts.

Job Description:

• Set up and start the injection molding machines for production.
• Perform mold insert changes as needed.
• Clean and inspect mold components according to the maintenance schedule.
• Use hand tools to perform routine maintenance and adjustments.
• Check for and report any damage to mold components.
• Troubleshoot machine and processing issues during production.
• Assist with color changes and ensure material transitions run smoothly.
• Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure product standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Position Requirements:

• Experience with material handling equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical diagrams.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to read and write in English.
• Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple priorities efficiently.
