Right Hook is a growth marketing agency that works with eCommerce/DTC brands to drive their growth. Position Summary: The Klaviyo Retention Marketing Specialist will support the onboarding and ongoing management of all email and SMS clients on Klaviyo. This includes communicating with the client and reporting on account performance. This position will primarily be assisting the Retention Marketing Strategist by executing the given email and SMS strategy per client. This is a remote position and will need a person who is willing to work night hours so they can work with the US Retention team.
