Laser Technician at Medical Spa Job Description Experienced full-time Medical Aesthetician. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced full-time Medical Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in laser treatments and dedicated to providing exceptional client care. Essential Functions Perform treatments on clients including Laser Hair Removal, with opportunities to expand and train for Body Contouring and Skin Rejuvenation as appropriate. Cross-promote treatments and services to enhance client outcomes and business results. Maintain strong relationships with all current and previous clients. Build strong and ongoing client rapport. Support team members in a positive culture and environment. Demonstrate an exceedingly high level of professionalism and dedication to clients, team, and management. Qualifications Licensed Aesthetician in Massachusetts or equivalent qualification. Certified in medical spa laser treatments including laser hair removal. Proven track record in client nurturing and retention. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong phone skills, written and verbal.
