Job Description QAD is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Laser Technician. This role is responsible for programming and operating our laser engraving machines to produce high-quality, custom-engraved archery accessories. Responsibilities Program CO2 and YAG lasers Set up and operate laser engraving equipment Run jobs according to specifications and production schedule Ensure engraved products meet quality standards Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on laser machines Troubleshoot minor equipment issues Maintain a clean and organized workstation Report to the production supervisor Qualifications High school diploma or GED Proven experience as a Laser technician Experience with EZCADZ Software (YAG) preferred Experience with CORELDRAW Software (CO2) preferred Experience with Raster to Vector file conversion preferred Experience working with graphic images Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong technical and mechanical skills Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and diagrams Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision Benefits Group medical insurance (eligible after 90 days) 9 paid holidays, paid vacation, and sick leave 401(k) with company match (after 1 year) Access to company archery equipment and ranges (after 90 days) Tags: Laser Technician, Laser Programmer, Laser Engraving, Laser Engraver, First Shift, Manufacturing, Production, CO2 Laser, YAG Laser, Machine Operator, CNC, Graphics, Vector File Conversion #J-18808-Ljbffr Itlearn360
