​​​​​ Position : PPC SPECIALIST (PART-TIME)

Work Hours : 15-20hours/week
Timezone : EST
Pay Range : USD 700 - 1,800/per month (The final offer is at the client's discretion and will be based on the candidate's skills and years of experience.)
Client Interview Process : possible multiple interviews

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for cash-pay medical services.
  • Develop precise targeting strategies to capture high-intent patients locally.
  • Write compelling, compliant ad copy that adheres to medical advertising standards.
  • Manage budgets, track conversions, and optimize campaigns for ROI/ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Provide clear performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

     
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of PPC campaign management experience, ideally in the medical/healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
  • Demonstrated success generating leads for cash-pay services (plastic surgery, dermatology, medspa, concierge medicine, etc.).
  • Understanding of HIPAA considerations in digital advertising.
  • Proven ability to deliver ROI-driven reporting and insights.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time role (~15–20 hrs/week).
  • Must have own equipment (computer/laptop), strong and reliable Wi-Fi, and a quiet office space suitable for remote work.
